Groundwater level data are collected from all the District wells each year in the “Spring” and “Fall”. Additionally, measurements and data are collected on select wells monthly. The location of all the wells and those select wells is shown in the map below.
Also shown below is the plot of the ground water level by Township for the past several years. Interpolation of groundwater levels were done when no measurements were taken (due to non peak irrigation season) during those time lines. As the plot indicates groundwater level decrease when District’s deep well production is increased.
